Available with us is Crank Shaft that is suitable for compressors used in air cooled and water cooled units. For air cooled compressors, Crank Shaft rotates on heavy duty ball bearings that are pressed hydraulically with axial alignment. These are robust and provide dynamic balance for vibration free working of unit.

• For mounting of centrifugal unloaders
• To release pressurized air or gas from intercoolers

We also offer forged heavy duty crank shafts for heavy duty water cooled units. These are machined and grounded on crank pin and main bearing journal by perfectly maintaining axial and diameteral tolerance with crank pin & main bearing bushing. These are drilled internally for proper lubrication and to maintain oil pressure.

We are offering chrome alloy discharge & suction Valve Plates and spring plates, which conform to EN. 47 and 47J standards. Manufactured using carbon steel, S.G. iron castings, spring steel, flapper valve steel and graded closed grained cast iron, our range is fine in finish and exhibit excellent resistant to corrosion. Our range is available in various designs such as reed type, ring type, concentric type, dampened disc type, channel type.

Reckoned for high tensile strength, Connecting Rods are available in the MOC of leaded bronze, aluminum, SG iron and forging. For perfect straightness and boring of big & small end, centre distance between big & small end of these rods is maintained. These rods are cost effective and can be customized as per the specifications provided by clients.

Our clients can avail from us Cylinder Liners and Blocks that are manufactured from centrifugally casted, shell casted with close grained cast iron. Duly heat treated, cylinder liners are dimensionally accurate and resistant to wear & tear. To achieve highest level of accuracy, diameters of our range is properly ground finished.

Our range is provided with piston & crank pin that is manufactured using case hardening alloy steel of EN32B, 20 mncr5, SAE 8620, EN 353 and 415 H grade. Further, we also meet the requirements of shell molded piston.
